Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Dubai and the United Arab Emirates through our local distribution network.


How long does delivery take?

  • Dubai: Same-day delivery (cutoff time applies)
  • Other Emirates: Next-day delivery

Is the coffee already in Dubai or shipped from origin?
All coffee is stored and fulfilled locally in Dubai, allowing fast delivery without international shipping delays for customers.


What type of coffee do you offer?
We work exclusively with selected specialty coffees from Latin America.


Can I buy for my business?
Yes. We supply cafes, restaurants, and retailers. Please visit our Wholesale section for more information.

LATAM Coffee Hub is a platform that connects Latin American specialty coffee producers with the Dubai and Middle East market, integrating sales, distribution, and brand visibility.


What makes this platform different?
We operate a curated network that combines direct sourcing from producers with local distribution and market access in one system.


For Producers

Who can join the platform?
We work only with selected specialty coffee producers. All applications go through an evaluation process.


Do I need to handle export myself?
No. We support and manage export, import, storage, and distribution.


Will I have my own presence on the platform?
Yes. Each producer has a dedicated profile and a space to showcase their brand and products.


Can I manage my sales?
Yes. You will have access to a dashboard to manage products, orders, sales, and customers.


Will I have access to customers?
Yes. Your products and profile will be visible to customers, buyers, and members within the platform.


When are commercial terms defined?
Terms are presented after your coffee has been evaluated and approved.


Operations and Logistics

Where is the coffee stored?
All coffee is stored and managed locally in Dubai.


Where is the coffee sold?
Through the platform, as well as through retail and HORECA channels across the UAE.
